1. Cancellation Policy
Once you have subscribed to one of our plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
We provide a demo of our service to allow you to try Abona before opting for any plan. Since we offer this trial period, we do not have a refund policy for subscription fees. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. Account Cancellation Due to Misuse
Any misuse of our service, including but not limited to unauthorized access, violation of our terms of service, or any other form of abuse, will result in the immediate cancellation of your account without notice. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to prevent misuse and protect the integrity of our service.
4. Changes to the Policy
We may update this cancellation and refund policy from time to time. It is your responsibility to review it periodically. Continued use of Abona after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
